This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs how National Mental Health Management, LLC and its affiliated companies National Mental Health, LLC; National Mental Health Holdings, LLC (collectively "NMH”, "we", "our" or "us") use Personal Data (defined below in section 3) that we collect, receive and store about you (“user”, “you”) in connection with your use of any NMH-operated website or feature that links to this Privacy Policy (each, together with its sub-domains, content and services, a "Website" or collectively the “Websites”). This Privacy Policy is a part of NMH’s Terms of Use – see About page on our Website.  It is important that you carefully read both this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to our Website(s).  Our Website contains some links to other websites and services that are hosted and controlled by our trusted business partners who we have hired to provide you with specific services (“Excluded Services”).  In these instances, separate privacy policies will apply. We may provide you with notice of material changes to the Privacy Policy under certain circumstances.
